Is there parking?
Parking is available in the driveway and in the 2-car garage. Parking instructions may vary depending on the season. In snowy weather, we advise putting snow chains on your car.
How do I gain access to enter the house?
Directions to gain access to the house will be provided on the day of arrival.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
Who should I contact for assistance?

Are there kitchen amenities for coffee, cooking, etc?
We have a number of kitchen essentials and amenities for you to enjoy including a coffee maker,
cookware, crock pot, blender, and more. Please visit the property page to read our full list of amenities.
Are there basics in the pantry?
Our pantry is stocked with cooking oil, spices, and essentials for your cooking needs.
Can I access the lake?
Lake Arrowhead is private. However, the Arrowhead Queen Tour Boat or water ski lessons from McKenzie's water ski school are available at the Arrowhead Village. Lake Gregory (20 min away) and Big Bear (50 min away) are public and offer boating and kayaking.
Can I extend my stay?
We would love to have you! Please contact our host and message us through Airbnb to inquire about extending your stay.
How far is the town from the cabin?
Arrowhead Chalet is conveniently located in town. It is just 5 miles away!
Do you have cameras on the property?
Our property has a Ring Camera on the door to ensure the safety of our guests and home. There are no cameras in the home or on the decks.
